Maybe my comment was too terse. The XLR is the production car based on the stylings of the Ciel. But as with most concept to production transitions a lot of the futuristic aspects were set aside for reproducibility - no scissor doors, no mid-engine, but you get the hardtop convertible and active cruise control.
